Called to see if any availability to get my dogs nails clipped. Was told on phone to arrive within next hour. Drove 40 minutes, to have to stand in lobby for 10 minutes before someone came to door. Groomer came to door and asked for the name. I told her we were new and had called and the receptionist just simply stated to arrive within next hour. She then sighed very rudely and loud and closed the door. Upon returning, asked for our vaccination records and we stated we did not have that information, it was never stated while making appointment. Very rudely stated she could do any services then. I explained we had to drive so far and receptionist clearly did not ask any questions so was a little upset about the situation. Stated it was not her problem and closed the door. Very rude and unprofessional on both ends! Thanks for eating an hour and half of my day!

Groomed my husky puppy in October 2020and loved how he turned out. His nails were drilled down and I didn’t have to request it then. I took him back March 2021 to have his nails trimmed and I had to help hold him. They weren’t short enough so I had to bring him back 3 days later to have them drilled. Charged me $5 extra and still made me hold him after being told there would be 2 girls to help. Very disappointing and unprofessional to say the least

We took our french bulldog for a teeth cleaning and he had an epulis removed too. Because he had a lot of bad teeth, they had to pull some out so he was in surgery for many hours. But our dog after a week from surgery, he is glowing. He looks great and seems to have no pain. The first days were tough but we were told will be like that. Dr Melissa did a great job, we ve been many times there but never for a surgery! They have the best prices in the Dells because I did my research and took extra care for our fur baby Reggie! We highly recommend this place ❤️

Very disappointed with Noble Hound. We have a seasonal place in Lake Delton and used them as our vet for our pets in the past. First time to use their boarding services this weekend but cancelled. Our dog appears to have an ear infection and called to have him seen today. Advised staff that our dogs would be boarding there this weekend, that we dropped off records yesterday as they would be patients as well. Was told our dog could not be seen until saturday. Asked what we could do for him in the meantime. Was told clean ear with warm water, baby aspirin for pain. Then was told I should try and get him in with a vet in Illinois. Reminded her that we are here in Lake Delton at our summer home and our pets are patients there. Just responded with "oh". I then asked if they would call us after our dog was checked on saturday and received a response of "no, why would we do that?" Ummm, maybe to let me know what is wrong with my pet? She then advised me that they would tell me when I picked up my pet from boarding. I advised her that when I made the appointment for boarding I was advised that the pets are monitored and if an issue arose, they would contact me before anything was done. She said no, that a note would be placed in the pet's file. Lost my business right there. Obviously the staff are not on the same page as to procedure. Loved Dr. Melissa in the past, but my confidence in the staff was just lost. I hope the doctor reads these reviews. She needs to be aware of situations like this. ***Update to my earlier post*** Just wanted to say that Noble Hound does read these reviews. I received a call from the practice manager regarding my experience with their staffer this morning. She was very concerned and apologetic about what took place. Assured me that they would be addressing the incident with this particular employee. Also told me she understood why my confidence in them was questionable due to my conversation with this staffer. She reiterated that they do monitor the dogs while at boarding and would of course contact customers if their dog fell ill under their care. Offered her assistance, if I choose to give them another chance. She seemed genuinely concerned. I appreciate that she took the time to speak with me as well as addressing my review quickly.

We really expected to love this vet with all the great reviews, but, sadly, we had a terrible experience. Our first appointment was just for a couple routine shots. I had our pups records sent up, but was asked as least 5 times if I could send them. Turns out they never added them to their system. We arrived for our appointment and were put in a room where we waited and waited. We were told the vet was in surgery, but finally 40 minutes later we had to leave as I had to go back to work. Instead of fitting us in, we had to wait over 2 weeks to get another appointment. The day before our appointment they called and confirmed. Then the day of the appointment I got a call that they wanted to cancel and reschedule. I called, left a message and said I was happy to do that. They called me back and left a message saying we didn't need to cancel and to come in at the appointment time. We came in and were told there were two people in front of us and it would probably be 30 minutes before we were seen. At this point we just left. I take time out of my work schedule to do this and I don't expect the appointments to start on the button, but come on. I can't spend an hour at the vet for two simple shots. The woman at the front desk isn't even friendly. Maybe the business is in a tough spot for some reason, but it just felt like they weren't even trying to work with us and didn't care about our business.

Dr. Melissa was wonderful when I brought my kitty in when she was experiencing kidney failure. Putting an animal down is not something anyone wants to do. She made the experience so wonderful even though it was painful. I will be bringing the rest of our animals here from now on for regular care.
