I asked for a long pixie cut for my 6 year old she gave her a mullet then just kept cutting shorter and shorter I had to stop her otherwise my daughter would've been bald not to mention she didn't even book our appt on the right day also talking under her breath in front of us terrible customer service

Understaffed but the haircut the only girl there was on point. She's legit. They need to get their hours under control though.

My stylist was great, but the hubby wasn't at all happy with his cut. It was nice and clean and we checked in online, e which was great.

Expensive and they don't set up a schedule where two kids can be done at the same time. They also have a really awkward weekend schedule which should be important as a member of the service industry.

Extremely rude ladies working here I called once a week for 3 weeks to try and get a hair cut all I get is we are booked for the day. Soo one day after work I called and got the same response 'we are booked for the day" I went into Walmart to get some things and that same lady had her thumb up her @as doing nothing.. lol so sick of lazy ppl not doing what they are paid to do.

Never have opening to get a hair cut and when I finally did get a hair cut it was terrible. So much for a walk-in salon, you’ll be better to make a appointment with a reputable hair salon.

My husband took our 15 year old in for a haircut yesterday. Extremely unhappy with the result!! Asked for a #2 fade. He came home looking like Justin Briber! She used a #1 on the sides and back and left the top long. You can see every line where she cut and she didn't blend it at all. I used to do hair for a living and because of a recent surgery I was not able to do his hair this time. If I had made someones hair look like this I could not have charged the customer for it. Now I am going to have to pay someone to fix my sons so I get to pay twice for a simple haircut!! Turns out it was the manager that did his haircut.
