The owner has been very helpful. I've purchased many parts, for personal projects.They usually had the parts I needed. They're always helpful, with great advice.

Don't go there for repairs. I took my printer and the told me it was broken and would take be $300 and more for parts and to repair. They did offer to take it and give it to a guy who would have a use for it. Needless to say I took it home and took it apart. A wire was loose. I reinserted the wire, put it back together and it works fine. So they never checked it, they tried to con me into giving them my perfectly good printer, and charged me $50. My wife tells me I am too trusting. I am glad I wasn't in this situation. Good luck.
