The food here is so freaking good! The wagu burrito for breakfast was delicious. However, the beat soup + dry aged bone-in bison + spicy chocolate ice cream / vanilla souflet was one of the best meals I've ever had... And I had it twice! Food : 5/5 | Service : 5/5 | Atmosphere : 5/5 … More

Adam was our server and he was amazing. We had a delicious meal. I had the Bison Tenderloin, my sister had the Beef Tenderloin, our friend had the scallops. All were delicious!!! Beautiful views and atmosphere! Highly recommend.

GREAT. BRUNCH. Highly recommend the pumpkin pancakes. If you like sweet, do the chocolate chips. If not, ask for half the chocolate chips or them only on the top. Regular or with fruit is great too! Elk sausage was amazing. And the vegan plant breakfast sausage was delicious as well. They also serve up some might fine lattes. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect location, delicious fare, proficient staff! We were seated by a window with views of the mountain. We had an excellent bottle of wine, beaux Freres Pinot noir! The oysters were cold and cleaned perfectly, bread was airy and piping hot served with plenty of salted butter. My hubby had the ribeye which was cooked just right. The showstopper here is the duck and the pistachio soufflé!! Do not miss these two decadent options, the duck is so crispy and sticky with an orange glaze, the chef does this like it’s a five star in France! Soufflé is the best I’ve had, to die for. We canceled other reservations because we had to go back three meals in a row. Did I mention, the duck is fantastic? Believe the hype! Oh, the mushroom side is a absolute must too.

This is a beautiful restaurant with an amazing view. To top that off, the food and service were amazing. We ordered the foie gras as a starter. Melts in your mouth sensation. We had the elk chop with truffle bone marrow butter (ordered a side of it) and lamb chops. Simply a divine meal.

Visited this place for dinner and came back for lunch on another day. The menu is full of delicious culinary specials with local flavor. Love the choice of game meats. For dinner we shared a bone-in Wagyu Ribeye - watch out this is a hefty portion. Was NOT impressed with a big stack of heavily breaded deep fried onion rings, we thought it cheapened this beautiful upscale cut of meat, besides making it too heavy of a meal. A simpler veggie arrangement would be prettier on the eye, healthier and more palatable. The lunch was more impressive than the dinner: Nicely presented Wild Game Charcuterie, Pork Belly and Scallops, Braised Lamb Shank, Apple and Pear Crisp for dessert - all perfectly superbly delicious!!!

Wonderful meal and service! We were here celebrating our 37th wedding anniversary and could not have had a better experience. The vertical beet salad provided numerous flavors and the wedge salad had boar bacon, a different taste but very good. The lamb chops were amazing and moist even though we requested them to be well done, and the crab cake was excellent with numerous yet complimentary flavors and textures. I highly recommend trying the risotto, it has curry and other spices delivering a unique culinary experience.

Our firm's executive leadership team enjoyed a wonderful evening with each other at the Westbank Grill last week. Our group of 7 ranged from millennials to a retired attorney who sidelines as a gourmet chef. We were fortunate that luxury resort manager Ed Gannon was kind enough to team with his chef to provide us with a custom menu for our event. The food was sophisticated and was plated beautifully. They perfectly captured the western culture by providing generous portions. When dining at high-dollar restaurants, my experience has been that the spirit of "human critters nourishing themselves" is often lost to the pretentiousness of arctic walnut extract infused bla bla bla. The Westbank Grill "got it" and combined sophistication with western hospitality. From the server-gurus to the kitchen magicians, everything was wonderful! As one would expect of a Four Seasons restaurant, the service crew was friendly and helpful while not being too chatty. It was evident that they genuinely wanted to "serve" us. Members of our group that had minimal "fine dining" experience felt comfortable as did the more worldly among our group. Yes, like certain vehicle brands, watch makers and other luxury products, this restaurant is expensive, however it is not overpriced. A huge thanks to the great crew at Four Seasons for helping make our #JHXG event a huge success!
