I wish I could give these guys 0 stars. They are the most incompetent people I’ve ever dealt with in fast food. Every time I drive they there, they screw up my order! Then they won’t give me my money back for the items they leave off of my order!! They need new management and a whole new crew. Just down the road, Hardee’s never screws up my order. They give me ketchup without asking for it and they are very helpful if I need extra packs or extra salt. This McDonalds is the WORST McDonalds EVER!!!!

The ENTIRE order was wrong. And there's no screen in drive thru to make sure items were heard and correctly ordered. Too many young non chalant employees. Either go into the restaurant and place your order face to face, or find a better mcdonalds..

Women’s bathroom stall occupied/open symbol not working, so a backed up line out the door for 15 min. One only clerk taking orders inside. Weird they only had two total for the whole place. Waited forever to order and then again for our small order. Few places to sit also. Way off the freeway to get here too. All in all I would never go here again.

The woman who took our orders kept talking over us and trying to tell us what to get before we could even decide. She looked liked she was on drugs. There were read marks all over her neck and arms and she couldn't stand still. She kept twitching and moving around. On top of that, she didn't take our order right because she kept taking over us leaving us to have to go back for 3 fries, And 1 plain cheeseburger. Even when she repeated what we had, she still got it wrong.

Had to pull off, but that's OK as it was an order for myself and six kids. However, we were missing 2 orders of nuggets, the burgers weren't made correctly and had to be sent back, we had no napkins. and we didn't have one of our drinks. Had to send the lady back 3 times. I was talking to the gentleman in the car next to me and he was having similar problems. All the food we got, whenever we got it, however, was hot and fresh.

The staff were rude, not friendly at all and stared at us as though a request for Made to Order nuggets and Fries with no salt was an issue when there were no cars in the parking lot or drive thru. Nuggets seems to have been dupped back in the grease to satisfy the "made to order" request and the fries were taken out early as most of them weren't cooked through.

Shaky two stars at best! Really good drive through ordering kiosk exchange. Server was very pleasant and nice. Pick up window was equally as friendly and nice. However, that's where it ends... after opening my sandwich a 1/4 of the top of the biscuit was gone... maybe they feed it to the rats? I don't think so as the place looked fairly clean. However the food presentation, without a doubt SUCKS!!! You want to make $15.00 and hour? Try to make the product look like the items on the menu! No excuse.

This day must've been young kids 1st day on the job. It seemed like a zoo. 3 workers doing 1 job.. I guess it was apprentice hour. The manager sounded like she was about to get upset. They all sounded like a bunch of chickens in a hen house. It really made me & my daughter giggle.

The restaurant was clean on the inside. The staff was pleasant especially considering it was 6:00 something in the morning. Our food was was cooked to order. We recieved all of the necessary utensils and condiments to accompany our meals. The only callout was an untidy table in the outside kids play area. While there could have been a family that ate and left their refuse on the table at the time of morning of my visit, I believe the greater probability is that this was left out from the day before. Overall, it was a good visit to a good McDonald's location.
