I had this shop work on my Honda Accord rear control arms ,and I drove it home after the work was performed and heard some noises when I hit a bump. I was thinking because it an older car I was going to hear noises and it would be ok, because major muffler worked on it. I was wrong, I had some free time this weekend, I decided to take the tire off and take a look, they,left 2 control arms completely unbolted,(very dangerous) still thinking I might get a lawyer involved. Service: Steering & suspension repair

2014 Dodge Charger:Took cats off an tact welded only in three spots no weld at top of pipes making exhaust come straight up into the car an the welds that they did are leaking an my pipes vibrating underneath the car..I DO NOT Recommend !!! Service: Exhaust

I always read reviews before going somewhere and this time the reviews weren't made up. I drove from GA just to have these guys do my Exhaust on my 2014 GMC. The work/sound is amazing. I will definitely be back in the future if I want it louder. Service: Exhaust

Major Muffler is a very professional automotive repair shop. We have used them on several occasions and they have always had our vehicles done on time and correct. They are very honest dont try to sell you on items that are not issues. Prices for this type of service are outstanding. Would recommend to anyone having automotive issues. I liked the nice friendly attitude there, the quality work they did on a exhaust system they done was great was worried about the exhaust tip gonna stick out to much like I have seen in the past with other places, but they did a nice job of making it look low profile and barely seen, that I love. Plus the time it took to have it done, and was back on the road I definitely would recommend them to other people, and for future exhaust work.

I had radiator trouble and limped into their shop off the interstate. Even though they were obviously extremely busy, they made time to put in a new radiator while we waited in their office. I can't tell you what wonderful people work there. Go out of your way to do business with these people.
