In person pharmacy is very attentive. My biggest frustration is they will not answer the phone 80% of the time. Had an issue with a prescription being in process all day. Needed insurance override. Contacted insurance company was given the override. Tried for 4 hours to get through. Drove to stove stood in line while calling pharmacy. No one answered phone. I do understand this is a busy store but they need to answer the phone. It's like watching 6 people ignore it as if it's not my job attitude. Why have a phone service if you can't answer it. company and override was approved. . Have called over 3 hours . Went to store stood in line called while I line watched as no one would answer the cal insurance company

Thie one star not reflect the service from the pharmacist or sales. Watch your receipt so you don't get off charge more than you should. I've spent over 5-6 hours, Most of them being transferred to a different department, repeating myself each time and being left on hold. FINALLY, Got it person that could help me. They pulled up the receipt. The cash back was right, but when they hung up, I realize they still owed me about $5. It was not worth another five hours, to get my money back. As far ar as the store goes, they need to fix the computer operator, it gets stuck, going through the same loop. Hire more people so you don't pick up call, to only be put back on hold.

Your Google business page says you close at 10PM. When I was at your door at 9PM the doors were locked. Update your Google business page hours. It's so simple a child could do it- I know because I manage pages of my own.

It’s one thing to be very sick .. but to be dependent on a pharmacy to fill your medications who seems to almost find joy in making it worse is an extreme nobody should experience. My doctor sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy, not the first time this mistake has happened but it was a simple fix last time of CVS contacting the other pharmacy to request the prescriptions. However the female I spoke to on the phone instructed me to contact the other pharmacy to have them send it over because “we are cvs not Walgreens”. So I obliged and contacted them. Their response was “cvs has to contact us, they know this”. So I come into cvs this time, speaking to a very nice lady in a white pharmacy coat who was able to confirm that they (cvs) are the ones to request the documents and she would start working on them. A few hours go by and we contact CVS for an estimate of time it will be finished. Their response was “it’s still sitting in the fax right now and could take 24-48 hours”. A couple more hours go by and we call again to see if there is anyway we can expedite this prescription due to the severity of the illness. We spoke to Joe Bergman who said he can fill it within the hour. I won’t go to into detail about the way Mr Joe (pharmacy manager) treated me but I will say that he apologized and blamed his behavior on a bad pharmacist meeting he just walked out of and he took it out on me. He then said my prescriptions were ready, but when I asked which ones were ready, “he was missing two prescriptions because Walgreens never sent it “ and he instructed me to contact Walgreens again. Walgreens informed me they sent them all over with fax confirmation. Mr Joe then contacted me and said he found them and would fill them within 10 mins. I doubt this review will have ANY affect on how this man runs his pharmacy or deals with his sick customers but I do hope that some customers can read this and save themselves the trouble that I endured here.

This place is horrible. Looks like the pharmacist decides who should get their prescription without any knowledge of nor empathy for the patient. Calling corporate as they’ve left me without medicine on a weekend. Despicable. This is the Ridge Rd store. I’ve been on this medicine for a long time all approved by state & insurance company yet a man behind a counter gets to deny me my prescription??? Horrible person who is on a power trip the way he spoke down to me!

Rude and incompetent. Consistently misspell my name from the doctor’s order. My address has not been updated for 6 years. I asked if there are side effects from Bactrim as the bottle doesn’t seem to list what I am experiencing, they didn’t know. I asked for them to check my file to tell me the name of the last antibiotics I was prescribed. There are many and I am antibiotic resistant, doctors have repeatedly mis prescribed me and it may be the wrong one again. I was told she “didn’t have time” to check this as she had to administer vaccines. Cue her condescending laughing at me as if I am not having an important enough medical problem. CVS does not have a portal to access your own records. Someone get this “doctor” another job that isn’t working with people. Unacceptable discriminatory behavior.
