My wife and I visited the Greenbrier store on Tuesday with the intention of replacing an old recliner. I was greeted by a wonderful young lady who listened intently to my desires for a new chair. As it turns out she was the designer, so she introduced me to David, the store manager to assist me. He took notes and worked to show me products that would best fit my needs. While we were talking my wife began wandering the store and hinted at a sofa she liked but was not elated with the basic material colors. This is where David really became invaluable in helping us. We were interested in leather, and were shown dozens of different colors. My wife fell in love with a particular sample and David began working up the price for us, getting all available discounts. We walked out spending a lot more than I originally intened, but the furniture was perfect for us, and we were well satisified. In all, the staff at La-Z-Boy are extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and did not once push us to make a purchase. They provided us just the amount of information we needed and showed outstanding professionalism in handling our sale. I am very happy buying from this store and these folks. In addition, I am happy to buy products made in America!!!

Very upset with Lazyboy. This not a store to buy furniture, all you do is order it and hope it comes when promised. Ordered almost $7000 worth of furniture, couch came damaged. Chairs were due in two months, this came and went. Next promise was three months away, again came and went no furniture. Then another two months promise, came and went . Now saying another month maybe. Very poor customer service.

We were able to pick out just the right queen sofa sleeper and loveseat to complete our living room remodel project. The only issue was that we will have to wait until the first week in December for our fabric to come in...

Really enjoyed the selection and professionalism of the staff. Prices are a little higher than expected, but the ability to choose custom fabric with quality furniture offsets some of the sting from the pricing.
