My fiancee and I went to Mattress Firm on Portsmouth Blvd in Chesapeake last week, and Ruben, one of the sleep experts, assisted us. He was tremendously helpful and walked us through a variety of mattresses to help us find the mattress that is best suited for us. He was informative and determined to help us find a mattress, but he was not pushy in any way. Also, when I told him that we were trying to stay on a budget, he was understanding and helped us find a great mattress that was an excellent deal and which didn't break the bank. He was very kind and made our shopping experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. The delivery guys were also great. We definitely plan on returning to Mattress Firm for our next purchase and recommending them to our friends and family.

We needed a softer mattress for our 12 yr old girl, so we walked in to try out in person at the Chesapeake Square location and our sleep expert, Micah was awesome. He was informed and patient. We really enjoyed the experience and we think our daughter should be sleeping like an angel soon. He was thoughtful enough to ask if we were military so we got a discount which was great. We will definitely shop again.

This is a great place to get a mattress.. Micah was so patience and kind to my Mom and really listened and worked hard to ensure she got what she needed and we had to exchange it for another modle and it was smooth and easy he made sure of it I even purchased one as well. I really can't say enough about this young man and his level of customer service It was so refreshing to deal with such a pleasant person I have to say this is the best Matress I have ever owned

The sleep expert, Ruben was very kind, knowledgeable, and patient with our our mattress needs. He allowed us to try as many mattresses as possible, and helped us find the best deals. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. Will definitely come back for more purchases on the future. We definitely encourage more people to come here.

I went into Mattress Firm this past Monday to complete a warranty claim for my current mattress. The claim was complete but I needed to pick out another mattress and box spring all while staying within the allocated credit to the account. My dad and I dealt with Micah and he was absolutely incredible. He is the manager for this location and worked some magic to be able to get me a nice mattress and box spring set within my budget and even delivery and pickup. Not to mention his customer service skills are impeccable. We had great conversation and it made the transaction even smoother. I would absolutely recommend anyone to go see Micah, you won’t be sorry!
