Since the very first time I used M&S for road side assistance I was highly satisfied. Brian is such a sweet heart and if you knew his story you would also know that he's a walking miracle. I called and requested Brian because I knew he would take care of me. The best part is they do not have you waiting a long to to get to you and he Brian does his work fast and correct. On our way from La to Alabama not long after we passed M&S Tire shop, our tire on our motorhome went flat. We unhooked our car and drove about 7 miles back to the shop to ask for help. The guy who drives the wrecker truck pulled in just ahead of me. He was extremely kind and was instantly getting us help. Keith our repair guy went above and beyond taking care of us. When all was fixed and we could get back on the road, Keith prayed for our safety. This company is awesome.

Brian came out and was extremely helpful today. We Accidentally locked our keys in the car. Submitted request through our insurance company but There was a mix up with the insurance company accidentally cancelling my request. Even though my insurance company made the mistake, he still came out. Most companies would have waited for the mix-up to be solved first before dispatching but he said I'm already on my way so I'll just go ahead and come. he didn't want me to have to wait an extra hour and i appreciate it. he also had a good sense of humor. Thanks Brian!

Brian and Ray provided excellent communication! Brian was a godsend! He was quick, caring, and super helpful! He fixed our flat tire and then continued service at the shop. We left something behind and he was kind enough to call us right away so we can come back and pick it up. My family and I can not thank Brain enough for taking care of us and making sure our car was safe to drive. We are a military family relocating to our next duty station and feel lucky to have received such great care! Thank you again for taking care of us!!
