I went in to buy my daughter a switch and the employees were so great. The manager helped me and she went into date detail of all the things that I would need to take care of what I purchased the most. Very helpful and very friendly!

So I gave this post 2 stars only because Miss Nikki is amazing that is where I will leave that. I went it to GameStop a week ago and traded in a phone for the prepaid visa cash card. Here we are 7 days later the card still does not work and no one at GameStop can tell me anything. So I’m the end at this point I am out about 500$ and no phone and waiting on GameStop CS to answer their own employees to fix this.

When my mom was shopping for a game for a birthday present she got ripped off!!! She had paid for a new game but got it used. The cashier also signed her up for a protection plan that she didn't agree to buy. I would strongly advise against going to this Gamestop.

So, it can be hit or miss on my experience here. They are usually pretty well kept, but they are a small store. The usual staff I deal with don't really interact with customers unless you direct ask them a question. Very hit or miss on if what I want is in stock. That being said, the last couple of times I have been here, it has been great. One female staff member was on top of everything. Greeted me when I got there, asked if I needed help, provided suggestions, everything. Absolutely made the experience amazing. **UPDATE** I usually end up dealing with the manager when I go now, not for any reason, she's just the one who happens to be there. She always makes sure I have a pleasant experience and answers all my questions.

This store is clean with staff thst actually interact with you and is quite knowledgeable about what they sell which is rare these days. Nickey is awesome! She is so down to earth as well as friendly and very helpful. She stays up to date on her merchandise to be able to be of the most benefit to her customers.

The lady here knows everything about games!! She really helped me with my purchase!!! Highly recommend this GameStop. They did not have the game I needed in stock so she ordered it and it will be shipped to my house. Shipping was free. She also answered all the questions I had about game purchases and gift cards. If your kid likes gaming and you don't know much about it I highly recommend you go here!!

The staff are super nice. The game prices are usually really good. The collectible can be a mixed bag depending on sales and etc. The prices they offer you for games are rarely worth it. Sometimes deals make it worth it.If you like games you'll like it.
