Went there to have a trailer hitch installed $128.00 when I got ready for my trip had no lights. Went back to have it checked was gonna have to come back the following week , they suggested I go to Truck Outfitter which they was backed up. Went to a Auto repair shop was told that first of all it was installed incorrectly that there was no need for all the wires that my vehicle has a pigtail built in all the tech had to do was plug it in. The tech showed me where it's located that I was over charged and it wasn't done correctly. Went back to Uhaul again with it still under warranty they want me to go to Truck Outfitter. Which they said I had to pay to have it fixed informed Uhaul of this they checked my warranty and was told it would be a week cause they was backed 3
