I was searching for a part for my 2008 Ford. Many places were quoting prices that seemed really high and saying the part is hard to find. Additionally, I was told it could take weeks to get it. Having only one vehicle and a tight budget I felt like I was looking for a Unicorn. I called O'riellys and spoke to Johnathan. He let me know he could run a diagnostic (for free) and help to ensure its the part I needed. I agreed to come in. When I arrived at the shop Johnathan greeted me with a smile. He then proceeded to spend time helping me sort out what Part I needed. He then found it for 1/4 the price I had been expecting. The part would also arrive in 2 days. I felt very well taken care of. Many times us gals get the mechanical wool pulled. At O'Reillys I felt like family was takung care of me and I learned a bit about my car. Johnathan was friendly, tenacious and professional. When I came to pick up my purchase Johnathan remembered me and let me know my package was here. On time! I found out that he was a new hire which surprised me, as his knowledge and genuine concern, felt as though he had been here for years. I can not say enough to show my appreciation for how much Johnathan helped me solve this with great service. If you need auto parts O'Reillys is the place you should go.

I don't know about the other stores but the one here in Florence have very good employees and they do not have the part you need they will get it in a timely manner I recommend using them
