Avoid.. The absolute worst. I have no doubts that other positive reviews are form employees or family. Your grease filled fries will be cold and soggy, your sandwich will be cold pre-made storage and missing the designated condiments what. There only only saving grace is because you are limited on spending money elsewhere. All employees to include management needs retraining.

Apparently there milkshake machine doesn’t work, hasn’t worked in weeks it seems..ask for honey mustard, didn’t get it, Lobby is closed due to lack of employees like cmon, the only one on post and it’s constantly something wrong with this place.

The drive thru was fairly quick at lunch. There was an order from the previous vehicle on the screen so I never seen my order for being correct. I didn't get my bottle of water but I wasn't charged for it so not to bad.

Fort Ruckers burger King is always on top of it at all times. Food tastes good, service is good and kind servers, the place is clean even during rush and busy hours its convinitly across the P.X.along the area of facilities ie; post office commissary, gym to say the least. And it has been up dated with a T.V.

They are never open at the posted times. Dispite what the sign says, they won't open doors until closer to 10 am, even if they were supposed to open at 7 or 8. Their iced coffee is NEVER consistent. One day tastes great, next day it tastes like straight syrup and thick. Then the next time you can tell it has WATER instead of milk in it. They are very lazy and inconsistent.

Been several times since flight school lunches are short sometimes. Almost every single time they mess up simple orders. I've started repeating my order after they do just to make sure, but they still mess it up. Yesterday I asked at the window and the woman told me "yes, theres no mayo or mustard on the sandwich." I pulled away to not hold up the line and looked. There was mustard all over it. The line was too long to go back and my lunch was too short, so had to eat their mistakes again. I've went back once to fix an order (took me about 30 extra minutes of my time wasted) and they were super rude, inconvenienced and didnt even apologize or offer any compensation.

Great service from the guy at the drive thru tonight. Our order was correct and food was fresh. Best experience at a fast food place since we moved here 8 months ago. The cheeseburgers are pretty small nowadays so if you're really hungry you might want to order two.
