We ordered two Nashville hot chicken tenders' combo. First, the drinks were trash. When they gave us the food they put mashed potatoes in the bag, instead of fries (the meal comes with fries). My husband went into the KFC and told them we didn't order mashed potatoes, but they told him they ran out of fries. Why not tell us that in the beginning when we were ordering at the intercom??? We would have understood. We had our mouths set on eating some fries. They didn't include the pickles that came with it also!

If I could leave a no star review I would. This location said their drive thru computer went down and asked for me to come inside to order. I ordered and I waited for more than 30 minutes. They prioritize online orders over in store orders. A line a customers formed and 10 people walked out after having to wait.

Spending $41 for reheated chicken is not what I had in mind for dinner. Peel the chicken meat back if your bone is super dark brown and the bone is soft it's reheated or worse case old. Tiktok was telling the truth. 💯 facts. Never again 🤮

Went through the drive through at th Jordan Ln. location and told the man that took my order that I had a coupon. On one was in line so when I got to the window the man that took my order never spoke to me. I gave him my coupon for the 8 piece meal and gave him my money. He has still not spoken to me or thanked me for my business. When I got home I checked my receipt and he had charged me $23.99 plus tax. I called him back and told him what happened he never said he was sorry for the inconvenience or the mix up. I went back about 2 hours later to get money difference back and again no one in line. Got to the window and was never offered an apology or a thank you. He still has not acknowledged I was even there Gave me a 5 and a 1 back no difference in tax and he has yet to speak to me or acknowledge me. The biscuits were hard and the chicken was supposed to be half original and half crispy but no crispy. Will never go back there. I'm 75 years old and worked retail until I was 73 and never been treated like this . Thanks, Ray Cyree

Had to repeat the order 4 times, they finally read it back to me correctly and still managed to give me the wrong sides, no sauces for the tenders and incorrect drinks. The past three times have been horrendous errors with the order. I know it's our order because the main entree's are correct. This will be our last time to go here.

After waiting in like to order . Got to the box at 8:10 pm , to be told that they only have around 4 different piece of chicken . I needed a 12 pc bucket of chicken and they told me that they weren’t cooking anymore since they close at 9pm . I’m a little confused as to why they couldn’t cook anymore chicken considering they don’t close for another 50 mins . Popeyes got my money . Might need better managemen.

Ordered a 24 piece honey BBQ wings and was told it would take 15 minutes, no problem, but after a 20-25 minute wait this is what I received.... Definitely got a refund...

I arrived when the doors were closed, unknowingly, I walked in and was greeted nonetheless and was able to order my food. This small gesture was amazing as I was very hungry after a soccer game! Food was good, biscuit was a little hard and no butter or honey. Regardless the experience of being taken care of and not kicked out was nice. 👍

A white female working the drive thru at 6pm November 9thTuesday night. Stole my money. I added mashed potatoes at the window, so the price changed. Paid her. Drove off! Didn’t have the potatoes, nor did she put them on our receipt! She used the count back method and pocket our money. When I confronted her. She Had a cup with an unknown substance chunked in my face and messed up my brand new card interior and exterior also wetting up my 80 year old mother’s clothes , food our phone and our Brahmin bags valued over $1000. I like the renovations they’ve done with the building. It looks nice. The cashier was professional and the food was fresh, but they didn’t have the grilled chicken in stock. I will stop by again.
