5 Best chicken restaurant in Huntsville, Alabama (AL) 2024

Ordered a 24 piece honey BBQ wings and was told it would take 15 minutes, no problem, but after a 20-25 minute wait this is what I received.... Definitely got a refund... ~Mario

Tried it now it’s open. The biscuit was bigger than the chicken. Chicken had been sitting under the lamps to long. Not what I grew up eating. They also forgot my 2 large coleslaw. ~Maranda

The order taker guy in the drive thru was too abrupt and brisk for me. I had no menu to look at and he kept ignoring my questions about the menu, as he tried to rush me along. BTW No one else was in the line with me at the time.. The young lady that took the payment was polite. The chicken as pictured was scarce...disappointed. But it did taste great...so that was nice. ~Shawna

Nice new location, great counter people that was super friendly. Clean restroom with clean restaurant and we will definitely be back. I have been Zaxby's customer since last month. I cannot get enough of there delicious chicken and there clean restaurant with friendly service. Good going, also affordable prices. Definitely recommend this place. ~Janet

So i ordered 2 extra crispy drums and Nashville hot chicken little. Ended up getting 1 drum and 1 breast sopped in grease not crispy at all. Honestly the 6 piece you can get frozen from the grocery store is better than what i got and cheaper. As far as my Nashville hot? They put a little sauce on the bread and called it a day. Definitely not worth your time or money ~Viktor
