I hate to write this review because this is my favorite Walmart. But I went two days in a row to get some flee drops. In the pet section, that is behind the glass sliding doors that are locked. Well I went to electronics to ask if someone with a key could open it. Well both days I end up waiting for more than 40 minutes, and not even one person shows up to help me. Was really trying to save some money with Walmarts pricing. But at this point. I’d rather just spend more, at a local pet store and save some time waiting.

I shop here basically all the time. It is not a bad store but it is not the best store. It is pretty clean and the staff are usually nice but there is nothing to special about any Walmart to be honest. I would recommend.

Wal-Mart is overall for the products and the two cashier's that are working are great, but it don't take ten watching and now most people just do self check- out.

One thing that bothers me terribly is the Sundrop is never stocked and they need more people at the service desk. However, the staff is pleasant and friendly.

Awful customer service. Went in for paint and a Woman in the tech department was the only employee I could find. She was Incredibly rude and short with me, told me she would page someone for me and to wait in paint about 20 minutes ago. Still currently waiting. Never had such bad service before here but this has been a terrible experience and has ruined my opinion of the store. I would have left already if not for the fact the other Walmart I checked didn't have a working paint mixing machine. This place has gone to the dogs. Not happy. Edit: no one ever came to help me. Jesus christ is it really that hard??

Visited this South Parkway Walmart the other night and it was a great experience. The store was clean and organized and no obstacles prevented customers from shopping. Was promptly assisted by a gentleman in electronics and got what I needed. He was even thorough enough to check for the other colors even though they seemed out. Ran into a manager who asked how the night was going and felt very welcomed in this store.

Refuse to cash my check. Said the person who does that went home for the day. What?! If you have an employee that doesn't know their job then train them don't put them in a position that they don't know what they're doing. She explained it was because of employee shortages. More bs. She was bsing with one of her coworkers when I walked up. Then continued bsing as I walked away. Short on help you say? It is literally employee ignorance. Caused by poor management. I called to Lodge a complaint. They asked me for the store number. I asked half a dozen employees there what the store number was. Only one gave me a number. It was a three digit number. store numbers are five digit numbers. Wow! where did you find these people? Let me guess, you Googled "not the sharpest tool in the box.com"? To the manager here's a tip first hire people with half a brain. Then train them to do their job. Can you remember that? if not it's written here for you to refer to. thank me

I went to this Walmart today after work and it was a very rainy afternoon, so I decided to stop at the closest Walmart to buy windshield wipers not familiar with ever purchasing them but the cashier in the auto department was very helpful and friendly. He asked if I planned on putting them on myself and I told him no I didn’t no how, but hopefully I would be able to get it done the next day. He politely asked me to pull around after o paid and checked out and he would make sure that they were put on. A young gentleman politely told me that he would be with me shortly, and they were. It was pouring down rain but the young man without any complaints began to put the wipers on in the pouring rain until a service lane became available. Another coworker came over and assisted and also was very professional and courteous. I was very thankful for the service because I had quite a long commute home and the rain was not letting up. Thank you for your great customer service!
