Two hours and waiting…still, on my prescriptions to be filled! I know there’s lots of sick folks needing meds, but come on Winn Dixie, hire some more pharmacists. Do you not fill the prescriptions for customers who are waiting before the “pick up later”ones???

I love this pharmacy, they are the most helpful and kind/caring employees. I moved downtown to the Oakleigh area 14 months ago with a Winn-Dixie right around the corner, but still drive to Grelot and Hillcrest to use that pharmacy. Not saying there is anything wrong with Catherine St Winn-Dixie, I just really love the staff at the Grelot location and I'm a very loyal customer. It's hard these days to find people in customer service that really have a heart and care about their customers, so I will absolutely continue to drive across town to this pharmacy.

I would have gave it a 5 stars but 1 of the Staff Managers, Ruth Dean is always rude Everytime me or my husband come in to pick up our medicine. She'll see us sitting and waiting forever and still fill others that's not even here before ours. If it weren't for the other friendly staff I would definitely switch!
