I’ve seen them personally drop dough on the ground, pick it back up and the manager tell the employees to put it back in the freezer. To make this clear there was nothing covering the dough. Also the water they serve to the public is tap water. The Cinnabon bits in a bowl are left overs as well and are days old.

The staff is extremely sweet. They were so nice to my son and I, and for the few moments we were there, the two workers in that day made him smile and giggle. Made sure I had everything I needed, and everything was fresh and good. ☺Thank you guys so much !

The experience was pleasantly fast and the cashier was super friendly.... plus my husband and I were able to get a cinnamon roll fresh out the oven with no problem.

It's hard to say much of anything bad about hot cinnamon rolls, as long as they are hot. Their offerings are hit and miss. Some days they have a lot of stuff available, some days not. Every day there is a line so we don't usually have time to get anything. The people there seem friendly enough although I think they need more staff.
