Friendly staff, they sale quality products and have great customer service. With that being said they are really busy and the wait times can be lengthy. But definitely worth it.

So to be honest at first I was skeptical but I decided to give them a chance and see what they could do. I went in looking for a radio with a built in crossover and back up camera capabilities. Luckily they had just got a shipment in and got me one. And they got me in the shop on the next day. The previous place I used to go to usually was booked a month out. So while there they ran into a few minor issues but they made sure to get it all right with the stereo. While talking to them I decided to upgrade my sub from a 12" pioneer to 2x 10" sundown audio. The owner promised me it would be a huge upgrade even using the same amp. I admit I was skeptical but I gave it a shot. After a few hiccups with the hookup and they having to take the vehicle back in to double check all the wiring (which may have been the previous shops fault) they got it playing right and I was impressed. They know their stuff and make sure you are happy when you leave. They are quick and helpful. Give them a shot at your audio needs. I know I am pleased.

These guys really know their stuff. I came in in the morning and described what I was looking for in a system and they had all the answers right away. Justin was amazing with providing different options and packages and the price point was actually below what I was expecting. I had an amazing experience here and I love my new system. Both Justin and Jacob worked with me on multiple requests and even educated me along the way. Jacob built a custom box for my Sub and my lord did it make a world of difference and his knowledge is amazing.. Thank you Car Tunes! I will be back for sure on future upgrades!

Car Tunes of the Shoals is amazing! They go above and beyond to take care of their customers. They installed under glow on my 2019 Mustang Bullitt and did an excellent job. I will use Car Tunes for all upgrades I do to my car.

Due to the nature of my job I am away from home five days a week (truck driver). Read the reviews on Google and gave them a call. Upon my arrival staff was extremely welcoming and professional. To my surprise I was able to get my vehicle serviced on a Saturday with no appointment. Installation price was competitive. Definitely worth the hundred plus mile drive!

At first I would have gave 5 stars because they were friendly people they fit me in without an appointment. But then I few months after they installed my music it all started going out one speaker at a time until the point where no sound at all was coming out. So after that I decided to take matters into my own hands because I used to install music myself years ago. upon removing the panels from my doors an getting to the back of the speakers it was obvious that the wiring used on my speakers was very cheap because it had already dry rotted after a few months. I was able to get all my speakers back working again but then a few months after that they're already going back out only two of the speakers are working. so all-in-all I am not too happy about the job that was done on my vehicle.
