This is Terry Gilliland Jr, I live at 2016 county road 334 Plantersville,Al 36758. My mail carrier will not deliver my mail she left a note inside my mailbox to let me know she can't get to it to deliver my mail , if she can't get to it how did she deliver the letter. The road has bad wash issues but you can get to the mailbox I drive up to the mailbox everyday with my small truck it is a country road and is out of my control, the mail carrier drivers a jeep and is higher off the ground than my truck ,she turns around in my driveway which is 12 feet from my mailbox. My question is again why is the mail carrier refusing to deliver my mail is this how the postal service operates. And instead off stopping delivery of my mail why didn't the postal service contact the county and complain because the road is a county issue. Tank you, Terry Gilliland Jr (U.S. citizen)
