Nicole is great. I don’t live in the city and I needed a unit for a purchase I made. She allowed the person delivering the item to test 2 units to determine which size was needed. She then got me into a smaller cheaper unit and gave me a call advising of it. I was able to sign my lease, get my lock and key without making a 2hr drive there and know that my item is secure. She is a blessing and you would love Midgard!!!

Great service! Reserved a car dolly but on the day scheduled for pick up- it was in the shop for repairs. Ugh. Nicole, the Manager at that location, did a great job finding another location that had a dolly in stock. She arranged the pick up and forwarded the paperwork to another company. Thank you Nicole- appreciate the help!

Nicole at Midgard Storage is the best! I had reserved a Uhaul truck from Midgard but made arrangements for moving supplies at a nearby Uhaul location. I needed to cancel the moving supplies order but the other location didn't know how to cancel an order. So Nicole took the time to get Uhaul customer service on the phone and got the problem solved! I've rented storage units from her before and would this time but their rates are way too high. But the units are super clean and the service can't be beat. Thanks Nicole!

Easy to sign up and property is managed well. My only complaint is there is a pothole at the entrance off the road that needs to be fixed. I asked about it and was told the management was talking to the city about who had the responsibility to fix it. This should be resolved quickly as it is directly where you turn into the entrance.
