Love the Semi Annual Sale!!! The store has an impeccable display of sale items available for purchase that are not available for purchase online. Plus, rhe ladies working the store know their products and are super friendly and helpful.

This is the only store in AZ that tries to make their own rules. They have never let me exchange product for product . They give me merchandise credit instead. Even when I have told them it’s wrong and giving wrongful information. I have had to call customer service 2x. They try to make you pay the difference. Stand your ground , next time I will Call customer service inside store .

Went to the store. Was buying lots of gifts due to me having Covid so I couldn’t spend time with family this holiday. Decided to take advantage of your sale. Got to the store in Casa Grande to buy the badge sanitizer holder. Saw it was for 50% off. When I go to the register the manager states it’s not the same product. I show her it’s the same sku number and same item. They did not want to give me the sale which is very wrong. Then she tells me I can order it online and come pick it up there. Like does this even make any sense at all. It’s the same product.

The sales associate that helped me was knowledgeable, patient and helpful. She made sure I found a fragrance I liked and I walked out of there happy. Forgot her name but she had bright pink and blue hair.

I love shopping at this store. It's smaller but the help are always helpful and friendly. The instock and displays are very good. If you sign up for the emails you will get all the sales and coupons sent daily. The sales change fast and often. My favorite item are the 3 wick candles which are sooooo much nicer than Yankee candles in my opinion.
