Get your racist services here! My sister went here yesterday to buy a tumbler and drink to be greeted with a look of a disgust from one of the workers in that day shift. I believe she said she was an older woman. Treated all the Caucasian customers with a smile and once my sister went up she told her what do you want! Asked for my sisters name and told her oh I’m surprised you have a name like that. Which was an all American kind of name. We were raised and born here and are just as American as that lady is!!!! I’m so beyond upset that we still have to go through this stuff! She also said while she was waiting for her drink the worker glared her down with disgust. This lady needs to work somewhere where she doesn’t deal with customers. I tried calling about this but no answer. Might take this up to corporate

Waited 35 minutes in line I got a Caramel Macchiato which was actually gross I threw it out before I boarded my plane I would have taken it back but the line was to long😡

The worst experience I have ever had in a Starbucks...the customer service was bad and that's being nice. The young lady helping me at the register was either having the worst day of her life or Starbucks doesn't know how to hire appropriate staff...anyway usually Starbucks customer service is great, but not this day and that is unusual to me? No one was hardly talking and usually there is a nice vibe and positive feel around every Starbucks.

Absolutely awful. The guy in front of me including myself were sitting there waiting for our drinks not knowing that they were sitting on the counter barely visible. They didn't care to let us know that are drinks were done. The employees felt it was more important to chat behind the counter to each other, than give some actual customer service. One of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. WILL NOT go again.

Starbucks seems like a silly thing to review... but hey, so does a McDonalds and I've done that so why not? THIS IS MY FAVORITE STARBUCKS! That said - super friendly service, great environment, great drinks, never messed up my order (which happens at most Starbucks with me for some reason), always very clean, and from what I've gathered, this location really goes above and beyond to be environment friendly so I wanted to take the time to give it some kudos. :) I'd say adding a drive through is the only thing that would make it any better, but I'm perfectly fine with not getting my coffee through a window.
