Linda at Starbucks is the BEST! Looked in 15 different Starbucks for the Arizona logo mug and when I called she held one for me! Thank you! Wish I could of left a tip but I know since it’s a part of fry’s your not able to :( Albertsons Starbucks has a tip cup, let these baristas get some tips that are well deserved!!

Tiffany has the WORST customer service I have ever seen!!!! She is extremely rude and has absolutely ZERO manners in person and on the phone! She's very short with her words and makes such an ugly starbucks experience. I have never felt so disrespected at a starbucks before. Usually the baristas are so super friendly. When telling Tiffany about the bad experience, her excuse to me was that she had another costumer, but the previous customer had left with their drink before she even took our order. If you hate your job, leave and get a new one that has no customer service needed because that's clearly NOT what you're good at!!!! Not sure who's doing the hiring at this location but maybe they need to look into someone with better customer service and makes customers feel welcome!!!!

The girl name Jordan seem she don’t want to work, last week I went there I thought is was one of bad day for her but again today I went to get the drink she still the same, unhappy all the time at first I was thinking maybe because I am Asian so she don’t want to service me but she was like that to the other too and the thing that make me feel very unhappy with her today is I order the Mocha frappe at Matcha powder after she finished she say “THIS IS DISGUSTING” seem like she want me to hear it, I can’t except it,she’s made me feel so bad the thing that I like and you don’t like you don’t have to say something like that, don’t worry I will never go see you again THANK YOU JORDAN!!

I had a great experience two days in a row. I came into Starbucks around 3:30 pm both days There was only one staff member on hand and she was hit with a rush and she handled it well and with poise. Her name was Melody and I appreciate her professionalism. Keep up the good work!

I came in as well in the evening as there was a line the management of the Fry's called someone away during a major rush and left this other woman alone as I have seen her often alone in the stand. She is quick friendly and does the work of 3-4 people. The Brista was very professional despite the store management shorting her again on staff. I come in here often to see her working alone as she seems to work the evening shift. I think her name was Tiffany or Tammy... something like that, I know it began with a T for certain. From what I have witnessed over the last few weeks she and another one named Kathy I think is being taken advantage of by this store and really deserve better jobs that accent their skills. I don't see why, if there is a mere two of them, on more than one occasion they get called to go work elsewhere while the Starbucks is full of customers... yet I never have yet to see the reverse of this... others being called in to help out in Starbucks when THEY are overwhelmed. There are times that really there should be at least 3-4 people working and yet I have NEVER seen more than two... and that is if I am luck. The normal is one person behind the stand. Why is it when I go to other kiosks I see 2-4 and NEVER 1? The 5 stars is for those workers who put up with the conditions that Fry's puts on them. Fry's itself gets 0 stars if I could vote it that way, but this review system only allows for 1 star

I came in today and again I found this extremely friendly woman running the Kiosk by herself yet again. She was running her little feet off to get everyone served and keep the place cleaned. When I use to frequent this place they always had two people on staff, but as of late they have been having one person at the Kiosk doing the work of two. Most of the time it's this person named Tiffany I find doing it alone, although I have seen it happen to a couple of others. I wonder why they have only this one person running the stands and putting double the work load on them while paying them half the salary or wages? I have had friends ask if Starbucks is hiring here and they were told no, yet they are constantly understaffed. Why is this, and why is it expected that one individual do the work what has been for years the job of two? As for Tiffany Kait and Kira (Sorry if I botched anyone's names) yall are awesomesauce!! Management... you should fix the understaffed Kiosk before you loose such clearly wonderful employees.

Honestly incredibly disappointed with the service I just received. My first red flag should have been when the lady at the counter said what do you want instead of what can I make for you. Second red flag would probably have been all the customers sitting around with upset looks on their face but the third final flag was when I noticed that I've been sitting there for over 15 minutes and I look over to see a coffee coffee Frappuccino all the way melted because nobody said it was done.
