This was the best phone purchase I’ve ever had. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to work around and find a brilliant solution to a problem. The store had the phone that I wanted and it was not a standard phone due to the memory size I needed. I was very impressed by the salesman (Hunter Purbaugh) his knowledge of the product, patience and follow through was impressive. The stores look great and inventory is impressive.

Leslie Rockwell Yesterday; Dec 26, we picked up our 2 new - I phone 13’s, with HUNTER! We were a bit nervous as at 66 & 72, change is NOT always easy.😏. It did take 90 minutes, but ALL the transferring of Everything went through!!! I had 1200 videos & 1900 pics! Remember, there were 2 of us, each getting new phones! 90 min is amazingly quick as we also had 15 questions & Hunter showed us a few new tricks. He was so patient, so kind, very professional & easy to understand! We were extremely happy with Hunter & his skills! We’ve had our phones for 2 days are a very comfortable with them! The new pics are stunning, all our apps are working and thanks to 🤩 Hunter… we’re 13 savvy 👍🏻🤗❣️ I went back in today, with 7 more questions and Hunter WAS there👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 With the same kindness, patience, & I’m even More Impressed! Verizon ( near Food City ) the best team! I told the manager how great Hunter was, HE was so appreciative of us expressing our satisfaction! Nice people here!!!
