Best cell phone store in Lake Havasu City, Arizona (AZ) 2024

This was the best phone purchase I’ve ever had. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to work around and find a brilliant solution to a problem. The store had the phone that I wanted and it was not a standard phone due to the memory size I needed. I was very impressed by the salesman (Hunter Purbaugh) his knowledge of the product, patience and follow through was impressive. The stores look great and inventory is impressive. ~Todd

Austin, the Customer Service Representative, was extremely friendly, polite and engaging. He knows about the products and worked with me for almost 2 hours (my fault, not his) so that when I left I knew I was getting the best deal! And when other customers came into the store, he made sure to let them know he saw them and would be with them momentarily. And continued to assist me. All the while not missing a beat! Great job today Austin!! I highly recommend the Verizon store on Maricopa (next to Bashas). ~Elaine
