I went in because my screen glass shattered. I knew I had insurance but did not want to go inside because of my previous experience in Los Angeles. Well, the experience here was by far better than any other I had in California. The gentleman was professional, helpful, and patient. He stayed with me until I was done. I’ve been with Verizon approximately 16 years… I just received service probably better than any Verizon corporate I’ve ever been to dot Austin with patient kind a very understanding, I’m not a technical person and he took the time to explain it to me with patient I could not have been any happier

Austin, the Customer Service Representative, was extremely friendly, polite and engaging. He knows about the products and worked with me for almost 2 hours (my fault, not his) so that when I left I knew I was getting the best deal! And when other customers came into the store, he made sure to let them know he saw them and would be with them momentarily. And continued to assist me. All the while not missing a beat! Great job today Austin!! I highly recommend the Verizon store on Maricopa (next to Bashas).
