Charged me $102 because my card declined for 1 transaction. This is the worst bank I have ever had in my life. So many ridiculous fees and the agents act like they’re the ones paying the fees when I ask for a refund. This company is all that is wrong with our world and our economy. Billion dollar companies nickel and diming middle class and lower class Americans. You should be ashamed to work at this horrible place.

Terrible Customer Service I needed two rolls of quarters and was told that I must open a account in order to recieve the $20.00 in quarters. With the hard times we are in I can not afford to bank with them right now and needed the quarters to do my laundry. Thank you so much 1st Bank for making things a bit more difficult.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I opened this bank as a secondary to handle my spending, etc. Someone stole my debit card and used it in a different state for almost $1000. I called to dispute and no one followed up but they denied the dispute, stating that someone matching my description made the purchase. IT WAS IN ANOTHER STATE! I provided proof of my whereabouts in Colorado at the time of the transaction, a police report, an airport theft report and they're still giving me the runaround. I've called 3 times and have been told they would follow up via phone and I'm still the one that has to initiate the call. They continue to say their fraud investigators have a phone call recording that verifies I authorized the purchase. I didn't know someone else could steal my personal stuff, use my debit card to phone in a purchase and I would be responsible for it... at this rate, all identity thieves should seek 1st Bank Customers because guaranteed they'll side with the thief. I'm opening a complaint with the Federal Reserve and possibly small claims. I have 2 other credit card companies and 1 other bank who all honored my disputes. 1st Bank was the only one that didn't issue a temporary credit, nor did they honor their customers dispute even with verifiable evidence. DO NOT BANK WITH THESE CROOKS!

Old technology makes things difficult. Deposits take a lot longer than other banks, they don’t offer the ability to pull from one account to cover others so you can have two grand in your everyday account, have an automated draft you forgot about come out of another account you rarely use, go over by $2, and they will gladly charge you $35 for the privilege of the $2, 12 hour loan (12,775% apr or so). I’ve been with them for a while and definitely thinking of moving. The people are nice and that’s about it.

Nicole and Joe have been incredibly helpful with various account items. They are a pleasure to work with and the entire branch has a wealth of collective experience. I have a personal account with BOW across the parking lot and can attest that First Bank is a much better run establishment.

Kelsey was great! Both my brother and I needed to set up checking accounts and she was friendly, helpful, and listened to all my questions and concerns. We were in and out in a timely manner so it didn't become an all day task. Am disappointed this isn't the location closest to me because it was a good experience.

This is not a good bank. I opened an account here and originally not only did the the representative sign me up for the cash reserve credit she then put my date of birth on the account incorrectly. I was able to work with a branch supervisor to get everything corrected but: Here 6 months later I received a notice that they closed my account for no reason and supposedly left me multiple messages. I never received a call or message from this bank. The call center supervisor could not find a reason for the random savings account closure. These are a lot of issues for having a bank for less than a year. I recommend that you take your business elsewhere.

Had a missed call from this poor excuse of a bank. Called back no one knew why the call was made. Get transferred multiple times and still nothing. I asked if my card was delivered. On one knows. (Have been waiting for 3 weeks now. Kelly finally says "yes your card is here". Get there and nothing was there. No one apologizes. Mind you when I first when in to open the account Kelly had already screwed something up while attempting to cash my check. I understood the first time, but to not be able to read a name on an envelope is complete non-sense. I work for Sprint near by and talk to hundreds of people a week, I will be sure to let them know where not to go. P.S. thanks for immediately closing my account without a care. Saved me time. -Rodney

I love First Bank!I closed my accounts at another bank and moved them here and I'm glad I did. My banker Phil is great and I always receive EXCELLENT customer service from everyone in the branch. The tellers are friendly and I have never had any problems. Thank you!

Are you kidding me? This lame bank, where I used to bank at, years ago, now charges $5.00 just to cash a check drawn directly on that particular branch if you don't personally maintain a first bank account somewhere with them! No big deal you say?!? With proper ID they want $5.00 to cash a check drawn by one of their accountholders with pay to the order of the drawee and they want money to do that, why? Unconscionable and overpriced and nearly unlawful. What a sickening display of "it's company policy". Don't bank here, they're beyond lame. Dave Logan is great, but the Bank just sucks!!!
