I just received a phone call from Jimmy Valentin at this branch on a review that I gave one of their associates. He was not happy with the review and I felt verbally threatened. I'm entitled to my views and don't appreciate threatening phone calls!

Marlene was of a great help and of good service, which took me in between an appointment to get me on my way. Options were well explained and she took time to make sure I understood them and offered ways to make the best out of banking. The two staff that I met were friendly and professional. Personally I would recommend this location if the other personnel has the same goal has the staff who helped me.

DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We went in to combine our accounts after getting married. Hector was confused throughout the process and did not understand our request even though it was fairly simple (I also work at a bank). He also attempted to talk us out of the secured credit card we wanted in the hopes of gaining a commission for himself. Finally, Hector promised that my husband’s debit card would still work, but it does not. Now we will have to go wait in line again (at a different location!) for what should have been a short, simple visit. Overall, this was absolutely unacceptable service, and we definitely will not be going to this branch ever again. UPDATE: It's been about a week and a half and we have discovered that Hector literally did not do a single thing that we asked of him. Now we are in a serious bind, and he has caused us so many problems. I cannot believe how unprofessional and horrible the service was. I hope B of A gives Hector some serious repercussions for these failures.

WORST BANK I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Waited an hour in line for the teller to tell me I needed to speak with someone at the desks, they were closed. Then was told they were open the following day until 1, went it around 11am for the SAME GUARD to tell me they were no longer taking appointments. Waste of my time, WILL NOT BE BANKING WITH SUCH A PATHETIC BANK.

Extremely rude and unwilling to help. I was told that I needed to call ahead to withdraw $2K!!! Only Bank of America would give you trouble when you go to get YOUR OWN money! Getting anyone on the phone during this time is next to impossible! Card got declined for suspicion of fraud, and even after I verified the purchases via text message, the card is still being declined. 15 year customer and I'll be closing my accounts asap!

Nearly 3 years later, same unsatisfactory service. Long line (9 people), today only one teller. You need to make an appointment to speak with someone. They make a mistake when setting up your bank card with an account with them and their explanation is "That is wired". The staff is polite when you get the opportunity to speak with someone at least. There's no way I'd do my personal banking with this bank #BofA

The bank tellers at this location are horrible, rude, and uncooperative. I no longer go to this location due to the horrible service I have received on several different occasions, at this branch. (Ex: They leave to go to lunch, when there's clearly people waiting in line for over 20 min. They make you sign your name repeatedly, until it matches the original on file. And, who signs their name the EXACT same way, from over 5 years ago? ALWAYS long wait times, etc, etc, etc) They are the absolute worst, and most unprofessional group of tellers and branch managers I've ever encountered, avoid this branch at all costs.
