Everyone was attentive from our first visit. What I loved from the beginning was the girls at the front. They were sassy and funny. Great sense of humor. David Hill was very honest and took the time to explain everything. He learned of our needs when we first arrived and made the experience as if talking to a friend. The walk through was informative. Our rep (forgot her name, but she was amazing!) The Service Reps didn’t rush me through any process. Made sure I understood how to hook up. Ryan in finance was easy to talk to and very patient with us when I forgot my key to the tow hitch cover. Brian the General Manager was genuine and cared about our experience. He wanted to make sure his team, from start to finish, made it a fun journey. Give this team a shot, they all went out of their way to help with anything I needed.

Al handled the purchase of our unit and did an exceptional job. The customer service that stood out to me was from Jay. Jay went above and beyond not only helping us with our trailer purchase and questions but he also being a Jeep person really directed me with Jeep performance and towing recommendations. On day of our.pickup, everyone at Camping World was outstanding. This was from parts team, store personnel to the guys that installed my hitch and camera. I cannot say enough about this tream at Camping World Mesa. Great job and Thank you.

Camping world has changed since being bought by Gander Mountain, at first there was an influx of gander type stuff ( hunting etc) now thats gone and there was a tiny bubble trailer taking up a ton of room, bikes, scooters and atv type vehicles inside! The focus has shifted much since back in the day when it was all rv and trailer supplies. The other 1/2 was rv furniture and then the back is all rv sales. Its still a good spot to stop and get some parts but not the same old camping world we all knew and loved. Many things will need to be ordered so in that case Amazon is the more useful choice. Store was clean and tidy and staff was helpful and friendly- still a high reco… just noticed the major shift

The customer service at Camping World Mesa was amazing. The prices were good too. All employees were very helpful, especially the manager Brian. We were having a hard time finding a place to park our brand new RV that we had just bought in Tucson. He offered their back lot. So appreciated!

My initial experience here was wonderful, Joey the sales associate who helped us was amazing and was able to help us find a great trailer for a good price. When we went to go back to finish our purchase process they told us he was no longer there and transferred us to a new associate, our experience went completely downhill from here. It took 3 weeks of back and forth, we went from being approved to completely denied and wouldn't even show us alternatives. Eventually after a week of no communication we asked for a refund on our holding. I don't recommend going here if you want to be taken seriously as a buyer.

Great place to get everything you need for your RV including service. Misters are on in full force helping to keep customers cooler as the Arizona heat picks up. I found out that Propane regulators have been recalled. I was able to aquire a replacement for mine here in the parts department.

Our sales rep Andrew was incredibly knowledgeable, enthusiastic and professional. He made the entire process enjoyable, answered all our questions and it was clear he enjoys what he does! Andrew Mackaness, our salesman was fantastic, professional, and answered all of our questions with a big smile. He listened to our needs and was able to pair us with the right travel trailer. He also recommended a phone app that enabled us to sell our old trailer for our asking price. The staff at Camper world we're courteous and direct. There were no surprises in the purchase of our trailer

I had to have a whole door assembly replaced in my toy hauler. It had been damaged from a break-in. Jessica and her team at Camping World did an amazing job. It looks beautiful! They even were able to match the graphics by ordering customized graphics! Excellent job Camping World thank you so very much! I would go back here for service any time I needed something. The customer service was the best too!
