Rodney was a pleasure to work with and ordered me an Uber when I dropped off my vehicle. Every time I came in she offered me a soda or water. It was clear that she knew her stuff and was an absolute staple to Capitol Collision and the way they conduct business. Worst service and a scam took our car in to get minor touch up due to an accident insurance was supposed to cover it but ended up backing out so we just decided to take the car back as is instead got it back 10 times more damaged then how it went in they took off and broke off parts that didn’t need to be touched plus told us it was one price to take it out after we got money together they doubled it , talk about taking advantage never will I consider this place for business. You can see in these pictures how it went in and how I got it back they broke off the told mold when we asked for it back you can see it was still on when the car was already dissembled that’s how they treat there customers pictures don’t lie Service: Body & Trim

My truck came out looking like nothing happened! They replaced my fender and touched up my door paint, as well as replacing a part of the suspension and wiper fluid tank that was damaged. My truck came back to me cleaned and looking great. Definitely would recommend for anyone that's been in an accident.

My truck came out looking like nothing happened! They replaced my fender and touched up my door paint, as well as replacing a part of the suspension and wiper fluid tank that was damaged.
