Customer service In this world is Ruined by bunch of idiots that work in this place, The customer service agent Kevin who took 45 minutes to send money, and his unprofessionalism was a zero. Keep looking up on his Iwatch and laughing and giggling instead of getting the work done. This place really needs to check the employees and to make sure they are taking care of customers. Will I come back to this location again! I don’t think so. As long as these idiots don’t receive customer service classes.

I normally hate going to this location but I went tonight and Adrienne was super helpful super sweet and professional and knows what she’s doing. I’m only giving five star because of her. Keep up the great work girl 😊
