The quality here has gone downhill and I generally shop here as a last resort. There are much better options less than a mile away.

One star because I have to give a star, the manager Terri & Stacey are the most disrespectful managers and should be ashamed of how they talk to staff in front of customers. I don’t care what they did but taking shots at someone and “who raised” them is never ok. I now understand why they can’t keep employees. I do hope upper management sees this and reaches out to me for further information I think they would like to know. These are kids working for you and who do everything asked of them and to be treated and talked down to is not showing them what a positive work place.

Says their closed at 9:55p.m. But their open until 10 p.m..... Bad business. Needed 2 items and drove here. Told to come back another time. Gas isn't exactly cheap and I'd have run through the store. I get the employee's "want to go home", but I want "a considerate store to shop at". Also had my truck damaged in this parking lot and they did nothing about the security camera footage. I called multiple times before someone would check it and I was told in the end they "saw nothing"....

Never had a bad experience here. This Fry's has the most wonderful, kind, and helpful employees I have ever encountered in a grocery store. Even when they are sold out of some stuff (as I understand it is hard for grocery stores to be fully stocked with all the shipping difficulties across our country right now) I will still pick this store to shop at over any other in the area. Great prices, kind folks, what else could you ask for?

I wanted to acknowledge the fabulous job Tom in produce is doing. He could tell I was looking for something and asked if he could help me. He even went to the back to look for the item after i insisted he didn't have to. I didn't want to inconvenience him. He was so friendly and professional.

Only use pick up. Have not been inside the store since March 2020. Great time saver. Employee selection of fruit and vegetables has been better than I did in the past.

My father has vision and age related challenges. I live in Tucson and often shop at the Tatum & Bell store with him and have always had a positive experience. We had some challenges and went to the pharmacy for help. We are grateful for the advice and assistance we received. They followed through the next day calling as they said with information and solutions to our problems. I felt they went above and beyond giving my father a sense of security he needed. We are appreciative for the knowledge and caring attitudes. A great friendly and efficient group of people.

Stood at Deli counter for 5 minutes this morning at 7 am, while the two employees behind it tried very hard to avoid eye contact with me. When I finally spoke up and asked if they could make me a sandwich, they both eagerly pointed to the pre made sandwich area. No, I would like a grilled sandwich, please. As they both looked down and muttered, the one woman, who was slicing bulk meat for the day, whispered, ok...and shook her head. As I did not wish a disgruntled employee making me a sandwich, I ordered the ham and cheese so I could make my own! 20 minutes and 25 dollars later, I had all the ingredients for my "quick" breakfast sandwich. I used to shop at this Fry's at least once a week. I'll now be giving all my business to SAFEWAY, who makes a delicious grilled ham and cheese panini, with a smile on their face.
