Service department is awesome! They are so nice and helpful, faster than other dealerships for sure, I will definitely be getting my car serviced here going forward. Andrew B. Service Advisor was quick and it was nice to get an oil change for a good price, that’s rare these days!

I called for an appointment and got it. The service people greeted me and my oil change, inspection and free car wash were all done in less than an hour. Great service, didn't try to pressure me for other services like other non Nissan dealers would. Sure I will buy another Nissan from them. Thank you.

I went in to have factory recalls taken care of and Service advisor was very helpful and customer service oriented. I left my vehicle and received email with Service recommendations that added up to over $2,000. Luckily having family that has worked in dealerships and a father that was a diesel mechanic, I knew enough to say no to all recommended repairs. I reviewed and determined that while some items were realistic and needed to be done like replacing brakes and air filter I was able to get done for a fraction of the cost. Other items like replacing the battery, having alignment done and replacing idle arm bushings were and are not needed. I replaced the battery with AAA 9 months ago, so called AAA and had them come to my home to replace the warrantied battery only to find out it was still charging at 99%. I had a master mechanic I found on Nextdoor install new brake pads I purchased for $40 including a pint of brake fluid. Mechanic came to my house and did complete pad replacement for $100. He inspected the idler arm bushings and suspension and said they are good for couple more years. I do not appreciate it when businesses attempt to take advantage of me!! This is what is wrong with companies today!! Treat me right and fairly I will go out of my way to recommend treat me wrong and you will not only lose me but 1000 others.

Came in to get a tire changed, got it done quick and even through the tire used was a bit more expensive the service rep waived to match the quoted price without being asked. In my 3-4 years of being a customer with them they've always gone above and beyond to ensure the work is done right, you're made aware of everything that needs to be aware of, and that you leave greatly satisfied with the service they provide. Also the wait area they have is quite accommodating, providing free drinks, which a hot coco on a Saturday morning is always a nice start of ones day.

The communication throughout the whole process was awesome. Was given a rental car until my car was completed was even able to keep the rental an extra day due to not getting to the dealership in time before closing. Repair price although most was taken care of through my warranty was reasonable.

My wife and I had an excellent experience at Coulter Nissan in Surprise! We stopped by on a whim to look at the Armada. No sooner than our feet hit the pavement were we greeted by Charles "Luke" Lucas. He was funny, charming, and very informative about the vehicles offered. He even helped entertain our very bored teenagers while they waited for us. Needless to say, we drove home very excited and happy in our 2022 Pathfinder after trading in our Rogue. Manager, Justin Marcum, was fantastic as well in walking us through everything and fighting to get us the best rates and monthly payments possible. I truly feel like a Nissan customer for life. I have always been iffy and skeptical about taking my vehicle to a dealership for repairs. Always thought I would be pushed to spend all kind of money for things I didn't need and mistreated if I said no. Pedro Gomez told me everything that was needed, explained everything, and was very friendly when I declined everything. A couple weeks later, I took my car back there to have my A/C repaired and he made sure I was taken care of, ended up being very fair with pricing, and didn't take long at all. Pedro made my whole experience easy and simple. Would definitely take my vehicle there for any future needs.

All around positive experience with James. Went to several car dealerships looking for a used truck. Many just sold them right before I got there. Or, they were high priced and high mileage. When I got there, I didn't see the advertised truck. James and I walked the whole back lot and found it being detailed. Low mileage, great price. Bought it dirty. When I picked it up the next day, it was spotless and even had a full tank of gas. Will go there for service. They know how to treat you right. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again, when ready
