I had a lots of problems with the customer service including 2 managers over the phone who couldn't figure anything out i spent hours on multiple phone calls, finally I just went into this location and Isaac figured it all out in less them three minutes literally! if your looking to buy a phone from cricket come into this location and speek with Issac i wish i would have just done that weeks ago.

I came here about 2 weeks ago to pay my phone bill and the young lady told me her system was down.Tuesday morning I came in to add a line and she told me her system was down again! I have always came to this store and the manager is very nice however the young lady is very rude I was able to go to the store on 107th and Indian school and the young lady there seemed to have her system up and running and was able to help me. Won’t be going to this store anytime soon especially in the morning when it seems there system is never working
