Best cell phone store in Tolleson, Arizona (AZ) 2024

I went in this store today to upgrade my phone from a Samsung A20 32GB phone and they gave me 2 options and one of them was a Samsung A13 64GB. I get home to set my phone up and the storage said 32GB! I went back and they say " no refunds" they pretended like they didn't remember what they said. I got upset and they didn't care and ask me to leave store. FRAUD ~candace

I had a lots of problems with the customer service including 2 managers over the phone who couldn't figure anything out i spent hours on multiple phone calls, finally I just went into this location and Isaac figured it all out in less them three minutes literally! if your looking to buy a phone from cricket come into this location and speek with Issac i wish i would have just done that weeks ago. ~Helen

Giselle at TMobile was wonderful and helped me with everything I needed she was patient, kind and nice. Best experience I've had at TMobile and definitely will go again to her for help in the future. Amazing service ~Clem
