Asked to transfer a phone to another t mobile plan & become an authorized person on the plan. One was busy calling the customer support for another customer & when the the other employee was ready for us. She told us everything is taken care of through the customer service line without offering to call for us like the other guy did. Zero hospitality. Feel like they just wanted us out. Done with t-mobile’s customer service.

Hands down to Ahmad!! Amazing customer service he sincerely went above and beyond helping us switch over, and made the visit stress free and made us feel as appreciated as possible !! I went to this store around 6pm to upgrade my phone . It took 4 hours to complete . No fault.of the wonderful staff . They stayed well past closing time to make sure my phone completely updated . You do not find this kind of customer service every day . I highly recommend this location , wonderful staff and outstanding customer service . I was blown away

I went in two days ago because my iPhone was unable to get online with without WiFi. They had it fixed in two minutes. 👍🏼 The store is hidden on the NE corner at Lwr Buckeye & 99th Ave, close to ESPORTA Fitness.
