Great feed store. Staff is so knowledgeable about animals and gave me great advice. They have fair prices and their hay is always good quality.

I was a loyal customer until they refused to exchange expensive pet food that my cats did not like. I bought a dozen and was told that I could return/exchange is my pets did not like. Apparently, the women did not disclose that they have a 30 day return policy. I attempted to return at 40 days and was refused a refund or exchange for the pet food. I was wanting to keep my business local and where I was spending $100/mo in quality cat food..but since OK Feed did not give me quality customer service, I will no longer buy from OK Feed and will spread the word. I think a one time exception should had been granted for a loyal customer! Especially, in todays economy for small businesses. Shame on OK feed!

I don't even know how long I've been going here. As long as I've had dogs in Tucson. Even though the business changed ownership a few years ago, it didn't miss a beat. It still feels like a family-owned business and the staff, as always, are great.

I bought a dog treat for my 2 dogs that they hated so I brought back with receipt to trade for a lower priced item and even though I've spent thousands over the years theywouldnt do anything to help well they just lost a good customer for good

Everyone is so nice, great customer service ! They had ziwi peak dog food. One of the only stores in Tucson to get it local.

We have been going here for years despite it being a bit of a drive to get here. They always have everything we need and are very friendly. I get Timothy hay for my rabbit here because he likes this one the best. They also carry the food that I have been feeding my parrot for 17 years as well as seed for my rescue pigeon. I've tried other places but OK Feed is the only one that never disappoints.

Extremely nice people. Even requested a few things and they were so easy to work with. as long as I'm in Arizona I will go here. P.S. ....she WAS being a spoiled brat..... and when she got home she enjoyed her treat you gave her 🤣
