The racks are a little crowded & it's hard to go through the clothes. But other than that it's a good place to shop for second hand stuff.

This store is tiny but I enjoy going in. I do wish they would quit writing prices on some items Price was wrote on a doll's face Some of the markings can't be removed Very nice staff there

Stars are because of an experience with an employee. The name on my receipt says Licia but either way she was an older lady with butterfly clips in her hair. I guess she thought I was ignoring her while I was shopping? I didn’t even know she was talking to me but she seemed pretty erratic while she was on the floor without a vest (didn’t even know she was an employee at this point) just the way she was talking made me kind of nervous. Then she runs up puts a vest on before we come up and kept on being kind of “crazy” sorry just the only thing that comes to my mind is that she may be on something. Not a big deal but maybe she needs to calm down a bit? Made me feel like she was going to upcharge me for something you know?

Can find some gems here but obv hit or miss. About an average selection of products where you have to double check things aren't broken or can be renewed. Fun place to go for creative projects.

UPDATE: since posting this, Goodwill of Ar has reached out to us separately to correct this. I will be leaving my original text for posterity, but this business has shown us that they value their customers, and will go out of their way to make right an issue, and have assured us this breach of service will be dealt with. I am giving this five star rating to the Goodwill team, who have been prompt, understanding, and very courteous. This location has been a mainstay with us for years, but they recently hired a new store manager who BADLY needs a lesson in customer service, in understanding that we the customer are the reason she’s there, and generally being a polite and decent human being. Customers do NOT need to be ARROGANTLY and CONDESCENDINGLY reminded that “we’re a business,” or have hairs split on whether a kids book is kid-ish enough, or if it can be run for $2.00. Not to mention the associate we initially interacted with was just as rude and demeaning. We have NEVER been treated so disrespectfully by this or any Goodwill, and it will be a considerable amount of time, reasonably long enough for this incompetent miser to be replaced, before we return. In the meantime, there are several better charity thrift stores in reasonable driving distance. Please consider taking your donations and business there.

I was surprised by the variety of sizes and styles in the clothing. The fitting rooms are a plus. Staff could have been a little more friendly but all in all a good shopping experience.

Really hit or miss on what they'll have. One day I can go in and find something amazing (guitar hero????) and the next day I'll find nothing; But I'll keep going back in hopes of finding something really good. Other than the merchandise, the staff is pretty friendly but it seems like they need more people to work there, there's usually not someone at the register and a worker doing something else has to come and check them out.

Overcharged on prices that were suppose to be a dollar. When I went back in to have them correct it, I got told "the manager is busy with paperwork, it may be a wait..." Seriously, your job as a manager is to deal with situations when they arise, not blow off the customer.
