In September, less than 90 days from the time of this review, i had my electric throttle control fixed here. They were super professional and stuff, but at the end of November, the exact same issue happened. I chalked it up to a fluke because it immediately fixed itself upon engine restart, but it just happened a week later. The same issue. Im taking it back Monday to see what they can and are willing to do. I'll update my review accordingly. Edit: fixed Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have taken my truck here countless times but I will not be taking it here anymore. It says clearly on thier website that they work on tail lights and head lights when I asked if they if they fixed the issue he said he would not work on it because it was an issue in the dash I also clearly said that I needed my parking break fixed and he did not remember me telling him and did not fix it. I live in little rock and have taken my truck to Arnold's in Cabot for all my auto repairs that was how much faith I had in them I will not be anymore the overall demeanor and attitude of this place is I dont care now

Don't waste your time coming here, they certainly won't spend their time on you! To be clear, I have come here before with an issue that I have had with my A/C where it would work on and off again, I had them take a look at it and it started working while they had it and they said that they couldn't recreate the problem and they charged a 80 dollar diagnostic fee. So if you still decide to go there after reading this, be prepared for that. I have tried coming here several times since then to fix the A/C in my car since it has fully gone out and they have been "booked up" so I thought, you know what, I'll make an appointment with them to make sure that they can do it. I called last Friday and they said that they could get me in the following Tuesday. Absolutely no problems with that. I told them that I would be getting there early before they open to drop off my car so a friend can pick me up before time for work and that I would be dropping the keys to my car in the "key drop-off" box that they have hanging outside their front door. He said that works and that he will see me Tuesday. Tuesday comes around, I park my car on their lot, I place my keys in their dropoff box and I leave for work. I decide to call about 12 that day because I hadn't heard anything from them yet, the owner picks up the phone (the same man that I talked to the previous Friday) and says that he saw the car in the lot and it didn't have the keys inside it so they didn't know what to do with it. Frustrated, I attempted to calmly explain that I was the person that he had spoken to the previous Friday and that I told him that my keys were in the drop off box. He replied, "oh yeah, I haven't looked there". Now tell me, what is the purpose of even having a dropoff box if you dont even look inside it??? I checked to make sure that they would still be able to get the job done and he said "oh yeah it'll definitely be done by 5" "Okay great" and I hang up the phone. My poor friend who so generously drove me around that day dropped me off at the door of Arnold's and I walk in and, after waiting in line another 5 minutes making it 4:50pm, I talk with the owner. "So how did she do?" "I'm sorry sir, which car did you have?" "The Nissan Sentra, I'm the one who called at 12 and spoke to you" "Oh I see, yeah, we didn't get to your car today, it'll probably be the morning before we get to you" I looked down and looked back up attempting not to make a scene and asked for my keys back. I took them and left and will never take my business there ever again. True shame since I live so close but I'm not too fond of wasting my time on someone who lies and doesn't seem to care in the slightest about customer service. At least not to new customers.

They get the work done fast I give them that. Only problem is I had my vehicle towed there 70 bucks was told I needed one thing played the 230 drove home broke down again paid another 70 dollars to have towed to my house then in the morning had it towed back to the shop to find out the first thing was not my problem bus something else was so there went another 700 dollars.

I've had them perform both repairs and routine service to several of my vehicles. The repairs are always professionally done and the prices are fair... recommended.

We took our SUV to Arnold's to have a CV boot and clamp re installed. They were fast and polite, and didn't beat around the bush at all. The price was fair and the maintenance they performed was very good. I'll be going back to arnolds with any car I own.
