always spend forever in line there. Today i walk in there’s 3 people in line and the 3 people were waiting. the cashier was doing a shift change so he was counting his drawer. there were THREE employees outside and when asked could anyone help check out while he did his count for shift change they said they’re on break and laughed. management should know better than to let 3 out of 4 people on break at once. especially during a shift change. bad management. rude employees.

I took my 10 hr break here. Where I parked I was not in the way of anything and there was not any no parking signs and 9.5 hours into my break a large smoky 🚬 lady came and very rudely told me I had to move. All other truck parking spots were full of cars and dropped trailers

We come to town twice a year for a festival and this has always been are go to gas station great hot food breakfasts and lunch. Everytime we have been customer service was great. The lady that was working today 10-28-2018 around 3:30pm not so much, my husband was waiting in line we the rest of our family behind him our kids were being slow at deciding so we rushed up, and she asked repeatedly if the people behind us were with us meaning we are paying together which I said no everytime she asked, but it was her tone, then my husband asked for cigarettes she asked for his Id which he left in the car she said she cant sell them to him which I understood but also added and I cant get them for him either and I replied well I would like to get a pack the whole time being rude rolling her eyes, i understand there are rules but at the same time being nice about it wouldn't kill you either i came back in bc she didnt put the gas on our pump I brought his id in to show her so she would be at ease, I was like hey did you put the money on our pump she rolled her eyes and then said I also brought his id so you could see and she said it didnt matter and if she sees him with them she will come take them and we could not come back there yes I did get very upset at that point and said some very nice things to her, even pointing out how no one has ever been so rude there are ways to say things to not upset people I have been in customer service for over 15 year and a manager for 7 years and I understand it's a hard job mentally to do but saying things to get a reaction is ridiculous... so apparently because this lady was having a bad day we are no long welcomed at the location according to her.

The worst service I've EVER had at a gas station. The girls who were there this morning.... One literally looked at me at her counter and walked away without a single word...no excuse me, no one moment, no this register is closed...nothing. The other felt it was appropriate to get an attitude when I ask where the first lady went after standing there for a few minutes assuming she would be right back.

They always seem to have good gas and it's had a fresh remodel. They have good food for a gas station and clean restrooms
