Nobody is there. The lobby is open but the service window is not accessible due to a locked door. There is signage regarding an internet outage; did they not pay the bill?

The post office is good. It's the delivery people I have issue with. They are constantly giving my mail to neighbors. I'm receiving notifications that packages are delivered and I need to check neighbors houses to find my package. Yes. My mailbox and house has address numbers

Never been to this post office before. Very impressed with the people helping at the windows. I was the 4th person in line. But the three ahead of me must have been regulars because they talked to them like they were neighbors. When it was my turn I thought they would just treat me like a number but I was wrong. Very friendly with me too. The nice thing was that the time they spent interacting with me did not detract from the speed that they worked. I was in and out fast.

For the life of me, I can’t understand why we are required to make Passports appointments only for the employees not to abide by them. 15 minutes after my appointment, I had to ask an associate was someone going to help me. 5 minutes later, someone came out and said nobody informed her that I was waiting. As soon as I entered the Post Office, I was told to wait outside by the blue door. Speaking directly to the older lady with the salt and pepper hair, you are wrong, all you had to do was tell them I was there.

Mail carrier frequently takes a package out for delivery and either forgets or doesn't feel like delivering it, so it goes back to the station for me to pick up. I've had the happen at least 10 times by now. They will leave a note in the mailbox saying I need to sign for it even though there is no signature required. Very inconsistent. The post office is just as bad. Rude people. I had a package that wasn't delivered because the shipper used priority tape on it. They did not ship it priority and wasn't delivered as such, but they made me go to the post office for it and pay extra shipping charges. They are the worst people to deal with. I'm glad most of my shipments come through other carriers.

Most of my visits here have been quick and I got what I needed done without hassle. Once, the clerk helped me understand all possible shipping options for my package, patiently and with clear communication. This is what we are looking for in a post office! Always do this, and you deserve five stars.

Upon walking up to the service desk, I greeted Joe (SSA) with a friendly smile and a hello, and Joe failed to acknowledge my existence. He continued to speak with his colleague while managing my items to be shipped and when I was asked to confirm the address on the screen, as I began to read it, he overrode it. I let him know I did not get a chance to confirm my address and he pulled out the ticket and asked me to confirm it that way. Then, I was given options to select the delivery of my receipt and he overrode that as well. I was going to select email and he, instead assumed that he knew what I wanted or needed. I let him know that he did not give me a chance to choose the option of my choice, which was via email and his response was that he was trying to take care of the customers behind me. Once again, failing to acknowledge my existence, my value as a customer, and my desires as a customer. My transaction took him less than 3 minutes to complete and I was in line for less than 3 minutes (2 people behind me), so there was no rush for him to proceed with my transaction in the manner that he did. In a rude and snarky tone, his last remarks to me were: "I'll make sure to let you see your options the next time."I definitely did not leave there feeling that he genuinely cared or was sorry about the lack of courtesy and respect that he showed me as a customer.

Moved into the area 4 months ago. Mail consistently delivered to other addresses or not delivered at all. A couple orders from Amazon confirmed as delivered but never made it to our house & are missing. A package I needed to pick up was given to someone else (they didn’t check the person’s ID to match it with my name & address). Staff can be friendly, but based on my experience & what my neighbors have told me about their similar experiences, I don’t trust their effectiveness. Would not want to order prescriptions by mail since I don’t know if they’d ever reach the right address.

Had problems with certified mail receipts on 2 different occasions. Front desk employee was as helpful as possible, but the postmaster never addressed my concerns. Was like pulling teeth to get a refund of services not provided for which I paid: USPS website showed no delivery for one letter, and incorrect delivery for the other. They asked me to allow them to investigate, and they took 10 days to track the letters and verify what the website already said. Then they asked me to come back in, once again, to process the refund instead of just taking care of it. When I arrived, they then squabbled with me over $5.30...
