Paid overr 700.oo to gave a transfercase braket fixed 1 wk later it busted again crawled under the truck to look at it and the transfercase bolts I took loose with my fingers and crossover mount nuts were missing and called talked to woman in the office said rusty would call me back all around lies and poor service Service: Transmission

Took a week to get my car and broke the dip stick was broken off. Windows were down and birds pooped inside our car. Also valve stem covers were taken

Rusty attempted to exploit me and charge me far more than was allowed after I was caught in a wreck. He was called out for it over the phone and immediately crumbled meaning that he was aware he was a cheapskate. The law enforcement of the area are in on it too. If you HAVE to get these services, please please PLEASE look elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible! Do not use these guys. Called ahead and wanted my grandmothers truck diagnosed. The blower motor wasnt working. She said she could kick a wire and it starts working. She takes it up there and they quote us a compressor and the works without even popping the hood. I wouldn’t let these guys change the oil in a lawnmower. Update. They charged her decent on swapping some tires over so I brought up my rating.

Worst customer service you can imagine- from the lady who sits at the desk to the guy she referred to as “the mechanic “ I surely hope he wasn’t Rusty! Spend your money with a respectful business where it will be appreciated. Only reason they got the one star is because that is the minimum

Absolutely amazing..... Saturday 6 pm broke a pully thing and serpentine belt started shredding so we were stuck on Highway 64 in the middle of nothing and they came and towed us and had my Jeep fixed and on the road by 7. Best service ever. If I ever have anymore problems I'm going to go back there.
