Ordered large fries got these and they refused to fix them, then told me they couldn’t do anything about it since we left the parking lot. I rather drive across town to the other location just for the service.

This is pretty pathetic I asked for a medium fry and this is what I get I get two Mc ribs and I didn’t even bother taking a picture of it but there was more Mc rib on top of the buns and there was inside the buns McDonald’s have really went downhill especially in Paragould Arkansas

Every time I go to this McDonald’s they always mess up my order. Normally it’s something small that doesn’t really bother me. Tonight they forgot some of my food and I know bad on me for not checking but I shouldn’t have to check every time to make sure they get my order correct. Then when I go to call them because I live far away there phone is disconnected or something. Definitely not using this McDonald’s again. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I have not had a single order not totally messed up, the fries are cold, the burgers seem like they have been in a warmer for 2 days and they never ever get what you ask for on anything. The chicken sandwiches were so hard even my kid could not chew them and he eats everything. Pick any other location other then paragould arkansas, on kings hwy next to hardees.

After ordering and paying we got pulled up to wait. That was no problem at all. We sat there for 15 minutes before I finally went inside. Took them about 5 minutes to even acknowledge me. The guy took my receipt and showed a lady and she said I already made that. She then came to me and said it would still be a bit before I got my order so I just asked for a refund

I usually come to this McDonald's late at night. While the staff is sometimes short I always get a warm welcome and the manager makes sure my food is fresh every time. Your experience may vary per manager.

Never ever go on night shift!!! They don’t make fresh food. They will feed you anything they don’t care how old. No respect from any employee!!! Horrible food horrible service. This place needs to be shut down. No joke it is disturbing and disgusting that the owner would let the night shift feed our community this way. Hey McDonald’s where’s my bottom bun at?

I found a very long stand of blonde hair in one of our orders of large fries. I called immediately to inform them, and a manger picked up. I told them what I found and then I never heard a reply back then the line dropped? I guess they didn’t believe me? Frustrating for sure.
