I have used them for years and was very satisfied with the service... til today. I took my truck in for a oil change. Parked in the lot and left my keys.I noticed two workers walk out of the shop and one got in my truck and pulled it next to a random truck. I saw them getting jumper cables and walked out and asked what they were doing with my truck. Worker replied we're trying to get this truck started. I pulled the cables off my truck and told the other worker to get out of my truck and left. Apparently, these people think that they can use any customers truck for anything they ñeed. Do not leave your car with these people. They did this right in front of me and I can't imagine what they will use a car for if you're not around. They offered no apology or explanation. I will not be back.

Would give a negative 2 stars if I could. Last week I called to check out a estimate on replacing a doughnut gasket, 250$ labor (2 unsiezed bolts)... Nope I don't think so... Done the work myself in under 30 minutes. Called today to ask about getting a single weld done around a motorcycle exhaust pipe (not stainless) and " I'm Sorry we can't weld or do ANY work to motorcycle exhaust weather it be on the bike or removed! So from what I gather if you don't bring em something you want bolted on for 250+$ the. Don't even bother with those place. Tate's is better and less expensive anyway...

Wow,,where to begin. After the matter at hand, I read the reviews. I often wonder how they can receive such good reviews but yet also receive such poor reviews too. It has always made me think the bad reviews where due to poor communication or other contributing factors. I've know Kevin for almost 20 years. A month ago I stopped by to see how much he would charge to install a catalytic converter and he said a" $100 bucks." I dropped my truck of this morning at 6:45 and at 8:02 I received a call saying my truck was ready and that my bill was $221. I told Marla that Kevin told me it was gonna be $100 and she got him on the phone. He said that he had to do some extra fabricating and that's why is was more. When I got there to pick us my truck,I looked up underneath to see this "extra" fabricating. There had been about 6 inches of pipe added on the front. As I was paying my bill I told Marla that I was very disappointed and she told me I should take that up with kevin and I said I needed to talk to him then. I walked over (outside the building) to where he was working underneath a car with 2 other guys,standing there around 5 minutes. After that,Marla walked over and I can only assume told him I was waiting to talk to him,after a few more minutes of being ignored, I left. I will never do business here again!!! Service: Exhaust

Had a muffler installed on my son's truck and it rattles so we took it back up there twice and both times they put a piece of a tire in between the frame and the exhaust pipe. I will let you figure out what happened both times. When they should have put a hanger on the frame and tighten it down. When I called about it an employee threatened me when all I wanted was for it fixed right. I will have to do it myself which is fine but they were paid to do it right but they obviously don't know how.
