Was coming in late when the rental was closed. This was the nicest place ever! Very helpful to arrange coverage. Also had a nice car ready when we pulled in very late. This place answered the phone, no one at hertz ever answers the phone! I can not thank the team enough for all the help!

My overall experience with this specific location has been beyond wonderful. I had the pleasure of working with Chris and Branden. Both employees managed to assist me during a family emergency I had. I am very thankful for them both and Hertz for having them as employees. Horribly trained employees, terrible customer service, rude manager. I had to switch out a rental car from out of state here and they ended up charging me for the rental. 3 calls later and it's still not resolved. They've been playing games with me and wasting my time while trying to get the refund. Trying to scam me out of a few hundred bucks is how they plan to do business here. Avoid at all costs!!! Rent from another company or Hertz location, you'll thank yourself for time saved.

Dirty vehicles Poor customer service Not knowledgeable on their inventory. This location is an embarrassment to the ENTIRE hertz organization. Leadership lacks fundamentals to run or grow the business. Every rental I’ve received this year has been filthy. Illegal billing procedures just awful all around!

The car was brand new and I enjoyed it so much. I did not want to give it back. The young lady that rented the car to me was so very nice and the rental only took a few minutes. Thank you so much for the great service. I will rent from you again.1000 times better than enterprise 🙊
