Update: (2022) I'm not sure what has happened to the past staff that has assisted me in the past but the customer service is horrible now. I stood in line and waited and when it was my turn Derek Puryear didn't acknowledge me but he acknowledged the other guest and had it not been for the guest telling him I was there first I would've waited longer, he refused to let me use my points after I called customer service and they verified that I could a month ago, he refused my rental because his system couldn't scan my driver's license ( I have an account with them and have used the same license since I've had an account with them) and when I asked for corporate number he refused to give it to me. I'll never do business with them again.

They have been calling almost everyday telling my husband the car was due back while his car was still in the shop & Our insurance is paying them for the car, while his is in the shop. Rude is an understatement for this location. They never told us there was a $25 fee for the car when we went to get it either. They waited until we were there. I told them no because our insurance is paying for it. They got rude and decided to get 4 more references and then took him out of the car They were gonna send him in and placed him in a totally diffrent one. One young lady working there and I can assume she was the office manager was like you don't have $25 you can put on a card ....I told her no because we didn't get paid until Friday. Overall this experience with this company has been awful and I wouldn't recommend them.

The Nissan Kicks drives fine, but the seats are hard as a rock and I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with back issues. Highway mileage is 36 mpg.

Place was slammed and understaffed, but it didn't stop the 3 employees there from getting my car to me quickly as well as helping all the other customers picking up and dropping off..as well as answering a million phone calls while happy and smiling. They were also patient and friendly to my wild 4 yr old who was testing her mother's mental fortitude lol. I was impressed! Company should be very pleased with their staff at this branch! Give em a raise!!

Short version: They provided me an unsanitized vehicle filled with contraband, had pre-existing damages that they refused to reflect on the contract to try to force me to pay for repairs, never added the drivers or protections I asked for, never picked up the vehicle as promised that couldn’t be legally driven, demanded I not involve the police, and then tried to charge me for it after promising a refund. Their lack of COVID-19 sanitation is going to get someone killed and their vehicles are filled with drugs. When confronted, they lied to me, the BBB, and the Arkansas attorney general. Picture proof is attached so you can make your own decisions. Small claims court here we come. The local media will be getting my permission to publish this story shortly ( bbb and attorney general made this public record ). Avoid these drug dealing murderers at all costs. Long version : I arrived at the jonesboro enterprise to pick up a car. I utilized the "you pick we pull" online reservation feature. The vehicle I was brought to had serious damage. I told the employee I wanted this damage reflected before I accepted the car. She said she did add them as preexisiting. The contract did not reflect any damages. I asked for my wife to be a secondary driver. The contract did not reflect this. I asked for a damage waiver upcharge be added for each day I had the car. This was not successfully added either. I drove the car straight home on a cool rainy morning where it remained parked. When I went to insert a printed copy of the contract into the car I noticed the smoke odor for the first time because I had to blast the heat to clear up the condensation on the windows. I also noticed how dirty the inside was and felt my life was in risk because of the lack of covid sanitation. Upon further inspection, I found a lighter, a coin, and ground up brown and green substances in the arm rest. This confirmed my suspicion of the smell that was obviously marijuana. I was provided a car with contraband and that potentially put my life in danger from covid because it wasnt cleaned. I alerted customer service through a call. They had the store call me back. The store promised a tow truck would be sent to pick up the car since I did not feel comfortable risking my life in a vehicle with an illegal substance inside. They then stated that would render the contract null and void. I parked the car outside until friday and a tow truck never showed up. After failing to get the truck sent out, I finally gave up and drove the vehicle back to their lot on 10/2. When I arrived, there was a mob of angry customers and I was ignored by the one staff member for longer than I could bear. I gave up again and placed my keys in the overnight drop box because there was absolutely no care given to my presence on their lot. I have risked my life returning a car to you and still I received an email today confirming drop off and the total charges that will hit my card. I was provided a vehicle that could have killed me and could not be driven legally. I then had to return it myself after failed promises and neglect from this location's staff and they have the audacity to charge me for this disaster. This location should be shut down because they are actively endangering peoples lives with covid and providing vehicles with weed inside. Whether the weed was from the previous renter or a member of their staff remains to be determined. They are also telling people that they are providing them the protections in a contract they ask for and telling them that they are recording preexisting damages when they are not. I believe this is a bait and switch tactic to force customers to pay for repairs to their damaged vehicle fleet.

update 5/11/21 i received a call from the new manager. she said they would refund me for the tire and the roadside charge. I received a refund for one but not the other. I had to drive a rental due to my vehicle getting rear ended. I was told that Enterprise could come and get me from the collision repair shop. The morning of, I called Enterprise at 8am and let them know that I would be ready at 11am. They told me to call them when I was ready and they would come get me. At 11, I called Enterprise. I waited over 20 minutes on hold. Someone finally answered and said, "We are too busy to come get you." I waited at the repair shop for over an hour before I finally got a ride to Enterprise. They gave me a mustang. It was a cool car, but the small back windows didn't roll up all the way so I got rained on. The car also smelled like marijuana. I pointed it out to the worker. I was hurt from the wreck so I stayed at home. Maybe 3 days later, I walked outside and saw that the tire was flat. Upon further inspection, there was a screw in the tire. I had hardly left my house so I'm not sure where it came from. It was a Saturday or Sunday so Enterprise was closed. I called their roadside and had them put a spare on for me because the vehicle came with a spare but no way to put it on. I then drove to the tire shop and paid over $100 for a new tire... on a car that isn't mine. A few days later I was set to return the vehicle, so I told them what happened and gave the worker my receipts. He said his manager was on vacation but when he got back they would be in contact with me about reimbursement. Here we are over a month later and have I heard from ANYONE? Nope. 1 star service!
