Best van rental agency in Jonesboro, Arkansas (AR) 2025

They have been calling almost everyday telling my husband the car was due back while his car was still in the shop & Our insurance is paying them for the car, while his is in the shop. Rude is an understatement for this location. They never told us there was a $25 fee for the car when we went to get it either. They waited until we were there. I told them no because our insurance is paying for it. They got rude and decided to get 4 more references and then took him out of the car They were gonna send him in and placed him in a totally diffrent one. One young lady working there and I can assume she was the office manager was like you don't have $25 you can put on a card ....I told her no because we didn't get paid until Friday. Overall this experience with this company has been awful and I wouldn't recommend them. ~Lilly
