Customer service is horrible at this location. Management is ever worse. Is this place a tax write off for some rich person or what? The food here is ether old, cold, or just nasty. No one comes here anymore. This has to be a tax write off for some local rich person.

The staff at our local Burger King is excellent. They are fast and friendly. Place is always neat and clean. Parking: The parking lot has handycap accessible. They have ramps in the sidewalk to accommodate wheelchairs. There's sufficient parking for pickups and pickups pulling small trailers.

They are rude. Customer service is way worse than one star. I took my elderly mother there and they were extremely rude to her. Needless to say I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I hope they have a blessed day and hire better staff ASAP

Can't get my order right drove away heading to Jonesboro before I realized I didn't get some of my items I believe I will not be going back for a while are until they can get there stuff on board... and food was not the best it's said when you order for ur family and you have to stop and make sure 2 others get to eat... grrrr

The cooking equipment here is not functional and not capable of safely preparing food. If you eat here you WILL get sick. Nothing in the kitchen works, the burgers are kept stored for hours at room temp. The mayonnaise sits out all day at room temp. The undertrained employees serve raw chicken out the window every day. I left due to these issues and a refusal to make people sick and be disrespected by management. DO NOT EAT HERE.
